Conference
So Thomas and I get to speak in church this Sunday about "preparing for conference". Do you have any cool traditions, ideas, thoughts on the topic? How do you keep the youngins at bay and get anything about of the whole thing? Thoughts, comments, anything would be appreciated.... not just for the ole talks but for my general knowledge too!

My brother in law has conference bingo for his kids. He pours out a huge bowl of candy/treats and every time the kids hear a word on their bongo card, they get to put a piece of candy on it. It usually keeps them occupied for at least a little while.
Remember how when I lived there we did Indiana Conference Soup Dinners!
sorry this is too late for church...my parents have started a "breakfast of champions" tradition. we blog (on one conference blog) about the last conference's talks. It gets me excited for conference. Then we go out to breakfast together.
to help christopher with conference, we print off a packet that has coloring things, what color their tie is, etc. Maybe we will try bingo this year too. Make sure you run around outside inbetween sessions.
